With a multifaceted career spanning over 15 years across industries including IT, tourism, pharma, logistics, and iGaming, Lydia brings a unique blend of strategic foresight, technical expertise, and leadership to the organization.

Currently serving as Senior Go-to-Market Lead for Azure Digital and App Innovation at Microsoft, Lydia has been a driving force behind cloud transformation initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe. Since joining Microsoft in 2017, she has scaled Azure Data & AI growth across more than 100 countries, delivered record-breaking results from FY19 to FY25, and played a central role in partner enablement, helping five partners win Microsoft’s prestigious Partner of the Year awards between 2022 and 2024.

Lydia’s strategic acumen is further demonstrated in her ability to execute complex go-to-market strategies, normalize business operations, and manage high-stakes sales cycles.
