VVater Wins WFA 2026 for Next-Generation Sustainable Water Treatment Technology

World Future Awards has named VVater the 2026 winner of Best Next-Generation Sustainable Water Treatment & Reuse Technology in the Technology category, recognizing the company’s innovative approach to creating cleaner, more efficient, and scalable water treatment solutions.

At the center of VVater’s technology is its Advanced Low-Tension Electroporation Process (ALTEP), which powers the company’s Farady Reactor. Using controlled electric fields, the technology is designed to eliminate contaminants at a molecular level without relying on chemicals, filters, membranes, or biological agents.

VVater has developed its technology for applications ranging from industrial and municipal infrastructure to agriculture, real estate, food and beverage production, and decentralized treatment. Its portfolio includes fixed installations as well as the ALPHA Class Units, capable of treating over 100,000 gallons of water per day.
